By accessing or using Diceify at diceify.art (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Diceify is a web-based tool that transforms digital photos into dice mosaic art patterns. The Service allows users to upload images, customize dice configurations, generate building blueprints, and export their creations. We offer both free and paid (Pro) tiers with different feature sets.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Explorer users have access to basic features with certain limitations, such as the number of projects they can save and access to advanced customization options.
Data Retention: For Explorer accounts, we reserve the right to delete project data stored on our cloud servers for projects that have not been opened or accessed for 90 consecutive days. We recommend regularly backing up your work by exporting your projects.
The Monthly subscription grants access to all premium features for one calendar month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
The Yearly subscription grants access to all premium features for one full year at a discounted rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
The Creator Pass is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features for the lifetime of the Service.
Users who purchased lifetime access during our Launch Sale (before January 24, 2026) retain permanent access to all premium features as originally offered. This grandfathered status is tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Grandfathered users will continue to enjoy all current and future premium features at no additional cost.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or Creator Pass, you agree to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Creator Pass purchases are non-refundable as they provide permanent access.
Refunds for subscriptions may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not substantially used premium features. To request a refund, contact us at support@diceify.art.
While we intend to operate Diceify indefinitely, we cannot guarantee perpetual availability.
In the event that we decide to discontinue the Service:
Active subscribers at the time of discontinuation will receive a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time. Creator Pass holders and grandfathered lifetime users are not entitled to refunds as they received access for the lifetime of the Service as originally purchased.
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Diceify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The dice mosaic patterns you create using the Service are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any copyright restrictions on the original images you upload.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DICEIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRO ACCESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diceify from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
